Aerial Dreaming Circus School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Aerial Coach to join our growing team!

We’re a heart-led studio that believes in creating a safe, empowering space where students of all ages can explore strength, artistry, and confidence through aerial arts. Our coaches don’t just teach tricks — they inspire courage, connection, and growth.

We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has experience in aerial silks, hoop, and hammock
✨ Brings positive energy and a nurturing teaching style
✨ Is committed to safety, progression, and inclusive learning following our specifically designed syllabus
✨ Loves being part of a creative, supportive team
✨ Is reliable, motivated, and ready to share their passion with others

What you’ll do:

• Teach group classes 

• Support student development with thoughtful progressions and encouragement

• Help maintain our welcoming, community-focused culture

• Continue growing your own skills and knowledge through shared learning
