Hello
My name is Bec, owner and dreamer of Aerial Dreaming Circus School. Aerial Yoga is where strength meets softness. Using a suspended hammock, we blend traditional yoga, mindful movement, and supported aerial work to help you move, breathe, and rebuild with confidence. This class is designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re brand new, returning from injury, or simply craving space to reconnect with your body.
It’s not about flexibility or looking a certain way. It’s about learning how to feel safe, strong, and centred in your own body again.
My Story
The air has always felt like home to me — but injury has a way of changing your relationship with your body, and with the things you love most. After significant shoulder injury and surgery, I was forced to stop doing what had defined so much of who I am. The stillness was confronting. Not just physically, but mentally. I had to relearn patience, trust, and how to listen to my body instead of pushing through it.
Aerial Yoga became the first place I felt safe enough to move in the air again. Not to perform. Not to achieve. But to feel. The hammock offered support where my body needed it most, allowing me to rebuild strength slowly, restore mobility, and reconnect without fear. It gave me permission to move gently, to rest when needed, and to honour where my body truly was — not where I wished it to be.
This space is deeply personal to me because I know what it feels like to be rebuilding. To be strong and still vulnerable. To love movement but need safety first. Aerial Yoga isn’t about pushing limits — it’s about creating trust, resilience, and confidence, one breath and one supported movement at a time. If you’re returning from injury, feeling disconnected from your body, or simply needing a softer way back into strength, this space was created for you too.
Q: Can I do this class as a casual ?
